- 250g noodles
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 2 pcs. small green peppers
- 1 pc. chilies
- 200g small field mushrooms
- 1 piece of ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 2-3 tablespoons cooking oil
- 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
- salt, pepper
Boil the pasta and mix with a little oil to avoid sticking. Cut the peppers into stripes. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into cubes. Peel the ginger and the onions and cut them into small pieces. Oila pen and heat it up then fry the spring onion, ginger and garlic. Add peppers and mushrooms and fry for 3 minutes, stirring. Add the pasta and fry everything for 5 more minutes. Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce.

For 4 servings:
- 400 g yogurt
- 100 g muesli
- 150g fruit by choice
- 8tbs. honey
In dessert glasses alternate products in the following sequence - yogurt, muesli, fresh fruits and honey. In each cup, it is repeated two or three times. The dessert can be served immediately, but may be left in the refrigerator until the muesli softens.
This is not so much a recipe as a fresh idea for the summer you will not need anything special. Try it you will love it!

You know how sometimes when you wake up in the morning you are still too lazy to make breakfast, well here is a solution for that problem it takes like 10 minutes to make and it's so delicious!
Here's what you will need for 8 rolls:
- 8 slices of plain bread for sandwiches
- 50g cheese
- 50g bacon
Preparation:
Remove crusts from bread. With a rolling pin thin the bread and place on each slice thinly sliced (or grated) cheese. Horizontaly out a piece of bacon. Roll the bread and pinch with a toothpick so it can not dissolve when frying. On medium heat fry each roll individually by using a wooden shtpatula turn to fry on all sides. Garnish with ketchup or mayonnaise as desired.
