Miranda Kerr's Routine and Diet


Miranda Kerr is definitely an able and beautiful woman with a whirlwind modeling career , her own line of cosmetics with completely organic origin (KORA Organics), healthy family and two favorite men - Orlando and Flynn.

Australian is one of the few well-known personalities who have devoted a large part of his life to health care . After graduating as a professional consultant on nutrition , she presented her regimen to maintain beautiful figure .

According to 30 -year-old Miranda is no way to start your day full of energy and vibe , if not breakfast . " My morning smoothie gives maximum energy and vitality. It is a powerful embarrassed really basic body supplies it with vitamins and minerals.

 " Huge cup of morning shake enjoys the attention of the model after the obligatory cup of hot water with lemon, which " awakens digestion, cleanses the body and supports the immune system, " explains Miranda.

Recipe for Morning Smoothie:

1 cup 1 cup coconut water
Cold pressed coconut milk
1 tablespoon Powder
1 tablespoon of Kain Goji
berries 1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon of spirulina
Raw cocoa 1 tsp
1 tablespoon poppy Chia seeds
1 ½ tablespoons Rice protein, all mixed in a blender and is ready for immediate consumption.



During the rest of the day Miranda eats fruits, vegetables and fish. She admits that, wherever possible be supplied with home-grown produce (which can now be found in the country thanks to small organic farms that do deliver to your home).



A sample lunch Miranda Kerr is a big salad with baby spinach, avocado, cucumber, few almonds and macadamia nuts, baked goat cheese, seasoned with olive oil and vinegar, mashed sweet potato and baked fish.


The drink that quenches her thirst is water !

Miranda Kerr attends training hall 5 times a week , where trains an hour and a half. The arrangement includes a mixed program of yoga, ballet ,cardio , running and boxing. And squats for tight butt!
