Very Easy Cocoa Ice Cream

What you'll need:
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 120 g of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 vanilla.
Boil whe water for 5-6 minutes with the cocoa and half the sugar. Remove the mixture from the heat and add one by one the egg yolks, stirring constantly. With the rest of the sugar beat the egg whites to snow, add them to the cocoa mixture, add the vanilla and mix well. Pour the mixture into a suitable ice cream container and put it in the camera refrigerator to freeze. Every few minutes repeatedly stir the ice cream with a spoon.
